Please check back to see my latest work     My return to new york   After nearly thirty years of living all over the U.S. from Florida to California, I came back to my hometown and family in Hicksville, New York. This has been a time of renewal and reflection and the beginning of a new chapter in my life. Early Winter: During the cold months, I drew many snowy scenes outside the window of my van, indoor scenes of friend's houses and drew the construction of the Roslyn Viaduct through March. You can view my sketches in the drawing section in the following galleries: street scenes | construction scenes | houses | everyday people Summer: In the summer, I spent two months upstate New York in the Catskill mountains camping and painting by the river. It was a great way to pass through my fiftieth birthday! When I returned home, I explored the north shore of Long Island, where I painted into the autumn several water scenes of cold spring harbor and oyster bay.
